Walter E. Stevenson

Walter E. Stevenson, 71, of Nanticoke, and formerly Randolph and Burlington County, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at his residence, Monday, June 8, 2026.

He was born in Mount Holly, New Jersey, one of nine children to the late William and Gladys Bowker Stevenson. Walter and his family moved to Nanticoke 21 years ago.

Before retiring, he worked in maintenance and as a superintendent for multiple apartment complexes. He was known as a very hard worker and did not miss a day of work in over 20 years.

Walt will be remembered for his intelligence, resourcefulness, and the ability to fix just about anything. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children, fishing, music, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven siblings.

Surviving is his wife of 49 years, Molly Anderson Stevenson; children, Walter E. Stevenson Jr. and wife, Kelly, Elizabeth Kaminski and husband, Paul, Brian Stevenson, and Allison Stevenson; grandchildren, Henry, Grace, Evelyn, and Jack Kaminski; and a sister, Mary Ann Geoff.

Private arrangements are in the care of Dinelli Family Funeral Home, 170 E. Broad Street, Nanticoke. There will be no public viewing or visitation.
