Michael R. Kowalski

Michael R. Kowalski, 58 of Larksville, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, April 25, 2026 at his home.

Born in Nanticoke, March 9, 1968 he was the son of the late Teofil “Ted” and Malvina “Molly” Gieda Kowalski. He graduated from John S. Fine High School, and continued his education at Luzerne County Community College where he trained to be a Paramedic.

Early in his career he owned and operated Keystone Ambulance and later worked for 911 dispatch center. His latest employment was for Bolus Trucking as a truck driver.

Surviving are his sons, Maxim Kowalski, Nanticoke and Ian Kowalski, Mechanicsburg; a sister, Theresa Laity, Nanticoke; best friend, Donna Sipple and her daughter, Kayla; a niece, Lindsey Laity and a nephew, Steven Laity; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will also be missed by his dog and faithful companion, Joe.

There will be no public viewing or calling hours.
