Kathy L. Parise

Kathy Parise, 74, of Hanover Township passed away Sunday, April 5, 2026, at home with her loving family surrounding her.

Born August 23, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Robert E. and Catherine (Gibbons) Swank.

Kathy graduated from Crestwood High School. She cared for others as a nurse’s aide until her retirement. Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, and watching movies.

She was a member of Wyoming Valley Presbyterian Church, Wilkes-Barre.

Surviving are her children Kelly Giberson and companion, Albert, Wapwallopen, Kim Scheible, and husband, Jason, Plum, PA, Rocco Parise and wife, Amanda, Sheppton, Angela Parise, Tamaqua; grandchildren Jada Lynn, Jesse, Skylar, Rocco Jr., Jacob, Lilly, Ben; a great granddaughter, Faith who brought her much happiness; and brothers Robert and Ronald Swank.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Keith Linn Jr.

Viewing and visitation hours will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dinelli Family Funeral Home, 170 E. Broad Street, Nanticoke.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. from the Wyoming Valley Presbyterian Church, 2 Lockhart Street, Wilkes-Barre with the Rev. William Lewis officiating.

Interment and Committal will follow in Albert Cemetery, Mountain Top.
