Diane L. Lasecki, 79, of Plymouth, formerly of Nanticoke, passed away on April 23, 2025, at Commonwealth Health Wilkes Barre General Hospital.

Born on July 16, 1945, in Nanticoke, she was the daughter of the late Nina Morris.

Diane was a graduate of Nanticoke High School. She worked the local unemployment compensation office, Nanticoke, for many years prior to retiring.

She was a member of Primitive Methodist Church, Nanticoke.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Melanie Motisko.

Surviving is her husband, Edward Lasecki, with whom she shared 47 years of marriage; a daughter, Melissa Francis and her husband, Dr. Earlie Francis, of Delaware; a son, Brian Lasecki and his wife, Jamie, of Plymouth; grandchildren, Ezra Francis and Earlie Francis; stepson, Edward and his wife, Diane; stepdaughter, Karen; as well as a niece and a nephew.

There will be no public services or calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Diane's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
